1. General

1.1 A Dustin Account is our way of offering deals, good service, and simplified administration for our customers. The Dustin Account is linked to a personal login function via our website that you create yourself, allowing you to save favourites and view your previous purchases. When logged in, you also gain access to “My Pages,” where you can manage your account settings.

1.2 To register as an account holder with us, you need to accept these terms for the Dustin Account.

2. Registration of Dustin Account

2.1 Holding a Dustin Account is free of charge. To become an account holder with Dustin, you must be at least 18 years old and have an email address and a permanent company postal address. Only companies can hold a Dustin Account. For companies, the term “account holder” refers to both the company and its authorized representatives. When creating an account, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authorization to register the account on behalf of the company.

2.2 The Dustin Account is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual or company. You are responsible for purchases made using your login credentials. By accepting these terms, you agree not to disclose your username and password to any unauthorized person and to ensure that your username and password are stored securely so that no unauthorized person can access the information. If you suspect that someone knows your password, you must immediately change it and report your suspicion to Dustin.

2.3 As an account holder, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is correct and complete. If your personal details change, such as name, phone number, or company postal address, you agree to promptly notify Dustin with the correct information.

2.4 You become an account holder when you have accepted these terms, registered in Dustin’s system, and the Dustin Account has been opened via Dustin’s website. As confirmation that the registration has been completed, Dustin will send an email to the address you provided.

2.5 As an account holder, you are obliged to review the content of the Dustin Account terms and any changes to them.

3. Processing of Personal Data

When you register as an account holder, Dustin will process your personal data. Dustin AB, with org. no. 556237-8785 and postal address Box 1194, 131 27 Nacka Strand, is the data controller for the processing of your personal data. Processing is carried out in accordance with Dustin’s Privacy Policy, which describes in detail how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data.

4. Benefits, Offers, and Communication

4.1 When you register for a Dustin Account in connection with making a purchase, you provide, among other things, your company postal address, email address, and phone number. Dustin uses these contact details to inform you about your account and to send offers and other marketing about similar products and services if you have chosen to accept such communication from us.

4.2 We usually communicate our offers via email, mail, SMS/MMS, and phone. Sometimes we also communicate through digital advertising on external websites.

4.3 You can log in to “My Pages” at any time and opt out of personalized offers tailored to your information, preferences, and behaviours.

4.4 You can change your communication preferences at any time or completely object to your contact details being used for marketing purposes. You will also have the opportunity to object to our marketing in each individual message.

4.5 Please note that important information not related to marketing our products or services may still be sent to you by mail or email even if you have opted out of marketing.

5. Application and Changes to the Terms

5.1 For purchases, Dustin’s General Terms of Sale always apply first and foremost. These sales terms are not affected by the Dustin Account terms.

5.2 These Dustin Account terms apply as published on Dustin’s website at any given time.

5.3 Dustin reserves the right to change the Dustin Account terms and how offers are designed or provided at any time. If the Dustin Account terms change, the updated terms will be published on Dustin’s website. You will also be informed of the changes the next time you log in to your Dustin Account. If you do not accept the changed terms, you can close your Dustin Account by contacting customer service (see contact details at the end of these terms).

5.4 Except as required by mandatory law, Dustin is not responsible for any losses (including lost or reduced benefits) resulting from changes to these terms and is not obliged to compensate the account holder or any third party for such losses.

6. Validity and Termination of Account

6.1 Your Dustin Account is valid until further notice.

6.2 You can terminate your account at any time by contacting customer service. Contact details are provided at the end of these terms. Upon termination, any offers and discounts will expire. All personal data collected and processed to fulfill these account terms will also be deleted. However, even after your account has been closed, Dustin may need to process some of your personal data for other purposes, such as fulfilling legal obligations. 6.3 Dustin reserves the right to immediately terminate your Dustin Account and invalidate any discounts and offers in case of suspected misuse or inappropriate use of the Dustin Account or other improper behaviour. Misuse includes, among other things, violations of these terms, registration of incorrect contact details, fraud or attempted fraud, and forgery, alteration, sale, or unauthorized transfer of documents such as discount codes or vouchers to another person.

6.4 If the account holder has been inactive for three years, the account will automatically be closed, and the personal data collected and processed to provide the Dustin Account and related services under these terms will be deleted. You are considered inactive if you have not logged in to your Dustin Account, made a purchase in our online store while logged in, had any case with customer service or other support functions linked to your account, visited our website, participated in any event or competition where you provided your account details, or clicked on any of the links we sent you via email during the specified period.

7. Disputes

Any disputes regarding the Dustin Account that cannot be resolved by agreement between the parties shall be settled under Swedish law and by Swedish courts.
