If you placed an order before the closure, it will be delivered as planned. You will receive email updates about your order until it is delivered.
Warranties, rights to make a claim and support

Your account
Dustin Home accounts are now closed. You can find your order confirmations and invoices in the emails we sent at the time of purchase.
For business customers, you are welcome to shop with us at Dustin.fi.
FAQ
We are very grateful for the trust our customers have shown us over the years, but we have decided to close Dustin Home in order to focus entirely on business customers.
We will be closing Dustin Home in all markets, starting with Finland. The remaining markets will be closed later this year.
If you placed an order before the closure, it will be handled as usual. Please note that we cannot keep orders open for more than 6 months.
If your order cannot be delivered within that time, it will be cancelled and you will of course receive a full refund.
We cannot change the shipping or billing address or add products to an order that has already been placed.
If delivery has not yet started, we can help you remove items or cancel the order. Please contact us by email at [email protected] and provide your order number, and we will help you further.
The best support is obtained by contacting the manufacturer directly.
Your warranties remain valid for the entire warranty period. If you experience any issues with a product, you are very welcome to contact our support team at [email protected] or by phone at 030-623 85 01 and we will help you further.
